Prior to becoming self-employed, Attila worked at Foxtel, a large satellite broadcast agency located in Australia and Astra Zeneca, an Anglo-Swedish multinational pharmaceuticals company.
Of Hungarian origins, Attila was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and completed his tertiary education and went on to starting his own digital media agency at the age of 27. Over the next 10+ years he has successfully established a network of professionals specialising in media production and most recently, human resource outsourcing.
A solutions orientated leader who isn’t afraid to dabble in the unknown, he also managed to fit in time to get married in 2011 and then (very efficiently) produce a set of triplet boys in 2015. Often Attila can be caught still rubbing his eyes in disbelief.
Dynamic, innovative sales management and transitional strategist with a 10+ year record of demonstrated success in driving multimillion-dollar divisions while transforming and transition whole processes into new companies and systems. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with business partners. Rene has operated senior roles for globally respected brands such as IBM, Ricoh and InfoPrint Solutions.
Specialties are strategic market positioning, operational excellence, key client retention, solution selling strategies, territory growth and development, team building and multi skilled in sales, marketing, services, product management and financial analysis.
Of German origins, Rene relocated to Australia in his early 20’s and successfully grew the corporate ladder to senior management for a number of respected, multi-national corporations. Rene permanently relocated to Manila in 2017 and now heads up the operational division from Manila, Philippines.
Shay underpins the backbone of Xorix’s successful human resources function. Over the last 20 years, Shay has held various Recruitment and HR Management roles across many large multinational organisations in Australia and the Middle East. Shay has operated senior roles in globally recognised companies such as Trend Micro, Wolter Kluwer and ANZ Bank.
Shay is passionate about her field and believes that human resources is one of the key factors in unlocking an organisation’s full potential. She holds a post graduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Xorix is headed up by Shay’s vision to create a globally respected human resource engine that delivers only premium-level staff for the west to engage. The attitudes, behaviours and resulting ‘can-do’ culture of the Xorix-family is attributed to the experience and guidance provided by Shay.

A corporate professional of over 10 years experience in the financial sector, Lee works closely with Xorix’s COO across many operational functions such as corporate governance, government reporting, compliance, finance and human resource matters. Additional to being Xorix’s resident corporate secretary, Lee has been a part of the Xorix-family since inception and is a highly valued and respected member of the team.
In her personal time, Lee enjoys spending time with her 7 children (we think she has super-hero powers), reading a good book, helping at the local orphanage and exploring what the world has to offer.
A veteran floorplan designer who’s organizational and process driven nature has made her the prime candidate to excel as the facility Production Manager at Xorix. Minerva is a self-driven perfectionist and is passionate about have her team produce only the highest quality of work day-in, day-out.
Minerva, a Philippine citizen, is a great spirit and her positive energy is empowers the various teams that work under her. She is well loved and respected by her crew. Minerva also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Minerva is also seeking to expand her cooking and baking skills, and loves traveling to her second home in Batangas.
A full-stack developer of French origin, Brian is energetic, tenacious and is on a constant drive to discover better ways of doing things. Brian heads up Xorix’s cloud-based platform which enables the company to operate in a streamlined, efficient and cohesive environment with its clients.
Brian has been a coding-ninja from an early age and self-taught a number of programming languages before completing his studies at the University at Southern Utah. He moved from France to Australia 4 years ago and works from his beach-side office located on the sunny Gold Coast.
Brian is also single.
