Xorix provides its partners the power to manage their outsourcing teams in the most appropriate manner to achieve their business objectives.

There are no right or wrong ways to manage teams, however we do believe that some models are more suitable than others when the business objectives are clearly understood.

Below we outline the various models that are available to better manage various groups of human resource skill-sets.

Definitions

Single Channel is an individual or group of human resources with one skill-set

(single channel)

For example, an individual or group of bookkeepers represents one skill-set.

Multi-Channel is a group of human resources that deliver more-than-one skill-set

(multi-channel) and workflow is via multiple points of contact.

For example, a bookkeeper and web developer represents more-than-one skill-set; and clients communicate directly with each team member individually.

Omni-Channel is a group of human resources that deliver more-than-one skill-set, and workflow is via a single point of contact. (omni-channel)

For example, a bookkeeper and web developer represents more-than-one skill-set; and clients communicate with their team via an Account Manager who is the client’s single point of contact.
